Correct me if I'm wrong, but unlike Labyrinth Lord, Starships and Spacemen is NOT OGL content.

Is this the case?

That is correct, it is not an OGL game. However, I am offering a free third party license, I just don't have it up on the website yet. I plan to update the website soon, but in the meantime if you want to see the license drop me a line and I'll send it to you. goblinoid games at yahoo dot com
