Damage Control Crew Team Counters Missing

All the Damage Control Crew Team Counters for the 4 players are missing in the Goblinoid Games version.
I just re-downloaded the version I purchased on RPGNow.com and confirmed that those counters are missing.

Hi Jay, got your email sorry I hadn't responded. I'm going to try to fix that ASAP. I already fixed the POD version a while back, but the digital download is still missing them.

also, can you check to see if the PDF rule book is the latest version too. The Geologic Encounter Loss Table on page 15 was never fixed in PDF version with the missing number ranges that were posted on the forums and are in the old FGU version of the rules.
