I'm considering that after Temple of Elemental Evil. Of course another module would have to be between to allow for character advancement before G1...

You could span it with The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth and The Forgotten Temple of Tharizdun.

You must read minds! I had the Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth out on my desk the other day. I was considering it for a PBP game. It will need some tweeking- there are a lot of creatures with the ability of petrification, and some strange encounters that don't work for me. I think I counted at least 3 different encounters with petrification.
Other creatures that no one has really heard of ( Margoyle, Mobat, etc.)

I wanted to run the Mentzer/Jaquays "Egg of the Phoenix" as a one-shot, if I could get 4-5 victims, uh players. I've been holding off though, afraid that KJC cat will want to play... anyone ever go through Egg? Was one of my favorite modules back in the 80s.

It was a supermodule comprised of three freestanding RPGA tourney modules. Some critics said that the joining of the three plots was rickety, but I really liked the scope of it. Kind of a "Save the world from evil" sort of thing. I went through it with as a player with a 4 character party, and it was challenging, but fun.

That guy never reads these other threads. :?
If he did I'm sure he'd mention that he wants to play in the Slavers and Giants series.

I think I'd enjoy playing in the Anomalous Subsurface Environment module.

And I'd love to play a lot of Goodman Games modules too. I ran the Rat King one long ago. Well balanced and fairly well written, although I was perplexed by a few decisions that were made...

There is a solo Thief mission from the Dungeon magazine that I have wanted to play for years. One Thief player of Level 6-9. :D
So if anyone has a favorite high level Thief character from past games, they should let me know. ;)
