Good "cardboard heroes" ?

Can anyone recommend some good fantasy hero sets? Cheap would be good too. Something like Steve Jacksons Cardboard heroes.
To defend: This is the Pact.
But when life loses its value,
and is taken for naught -
then the Pact is to Avenge.
