Part 2: Interview With the Devil

The five of you follow Chief Perry down a short hallway until you come to a door labelled "Interview Room."
"We don't normally have much call for this room," Perry says as he unlocks the door. "It's used primarily for interviews and interrogations when needed. It's the most secure place here, and we've taken some further steps to lock it down even more."
You enter through the door on the southern-most wall. Inside is a narrow room with four chairs -- three in front of a large window and one in the corner. A large steel door is next to the window with a keypad set in the wall next to it. Through the window is a large featureless room with another large steel door in the back wall. There are three squat benches as well as three chairs. The chair nearest to the window faces the room you're in and is apparently bolted to the floor. It's also much sturdily built with leather straps to hold someone's arms in place. It reminds you all of "Ol' Sparky."
"I know the restraints are a bit much, but I'm not taking any chances with that maniac," Perry says. He taps the window. "Two inches thick and bulletproof. Nothing will get in or out of that room. Baxter will be brought in by two guards and will be strapped in that chair. You can speak to him for 10 minutes at which point we'll escort him out and back into the transport vehicle. We'll bring him in now, so make yourself comfortable."
Perry gets on his radio and instructs the guards to bring Baxter in.
[[Let me know where everyone will be seated or standing. Perry will not answer any questions at this time.]]
