I have the Chill Module "The Hunter on theMore"

There are letters to the Invoys for each adventure except for the middle one that takes place during WW2 My module appears to be intact I can't find any trace of a page being removed. Does anybody have any informationon this or can anybody point me in the direction to where I can possibly obtain a copy of that players aid for that section of the adventure.

I'm sorry I think it's for the first adventure not the second one that has the missing players aid
