What would a band of post-apocalyptic wanderers make of some of these structures?

Both sets of photos are eerie, and sad. But then, even unruined malls, sports stadiums, video arcades, etc., are creepy when they're dark and empty instead of filled with eager pleasure seekers.

The movie "Spirited Away" placed the entrance to the spirit world at what the adult characters assumed to be an abandoned theme park. And the old Comico comic "Ex-Mutants" featured a story in which the post-apocalyptic heroes were menaced by animatronic Disney villains as part of an arcane, long-dormant scheme to revive Walt Disney, who wasn't really dead but in cyrogenic sleep.
