The party helps the survivors get clothes (there are extras in the tower) and the men-at-arms and sailor are equipped with used but serviceable chain mail and swords from the bandits' reserves.
The party spends the night in the tower, fed well by
Fr Redmond's conjured feast. The road from the Temple leads back to Nulb, so the party walks through town and then back through the gnarly forest to the village of Hommlet.

it is growing dark as you get to the village. You can see the torchlight of the changing guard at Rufus and Burne's tower. The
Inn of the Welcome Wench is hopping with business: you can hear the din as you approach. Entering the Inn, Ostler the Innkeeper greets you warmly and gets a table ready for your party.
