I haven't been receiving notices when getting a new PM or when a subscribed forum topic is updated. Does something need to be restarted?

I noticed that as well. Glad it's not just me.

Working on it, may have to update the software.

Hey guys, going to disable this for the time being. For reasons I don't want to go into here I have been and will be relatively scarce on the boards for a while, but it should get better later in the summer. I will then update the forums and see if I can solve the issue.
