In the 'Classes' section, starting on p. 11. Each class has a 'Hit Points' line in the description header.

I'm working from the Goblinoid Games "Starships & Spacemen", page 11 starts the NPC section. I can't find a reference to HP in the book except that your strength acts as a modifier.
