Converting 3.5 psionics to LL/RC as sorcery.

In quite a few editions and itterations of D&D there have been psychic powers of some sort. Whether used to actually portray psychics or more energy-based sorcerers is of no consequence. These mysterious powers of the mind and spirit have come in essentially two main forms, 1st edition's psionics rules complete with psionic combat and 3.5's more spell-like psionic rules. Of course I'm planning on converting the latter.

Basic rules

Like spells psionic powers have certain rules and restrictions governing their use. These are the following rules:

1. Just like a normal spell a psionic power is disrupted if the user takes even a single point of damage while using it.
2. Psionicists are unable to use their powers when tightly bound. This is due to the fact that accute physical discomfort undermines the focus and concentration needed for use of psychic powers.
3. All psionic powers have a base cost of (power levelx2)-1 power points. Some of these powers allow you to augment them up to your class level.
4. No psionic power can cost more power/energy/mana/spell points than your class level.
5. When converting any spell into a psionic power always use the magic-user spell level if at all possible. This now also functions as its new power level.
