I can't even feign surprise that the conversation has somehow taken a turn up my a$$. With you people, that's "normal."

Having said that, suck on my "weak a$$" wand of lightning bolts, elf-haters. When you get pwnd by a flying elf raining down Bolts of Godly Destruction from on high, you'll remember to respect the Wizzurd.

My local group is running through temple of elemental evil when the new guy in the group decides to ask

My personal favorite from the session:

Arturick - "Hrm... My guys have about 20 hit points between them."
Ed - "Sparky shoots an arrow at the trolls."
DM Dennis - "The arrow twists around in mid-air and hits Arturick's Kensai for full damage."
Arturick - "Okay, 12 hit points between my two CONCIOUS characters... Let me guess, another residual wild magic effect from being at Ground Zero?"
DM Dennis - "Yep. A red dragon with a drow on its back lands next to you and blasts the trolls into ash. You all get 10,000 XP."
Arturick - "Wow. We should shoot ourselves more often."
DM Dennis - "Stop whining, Arturick."
