Dieter - Mage

We very well may be! We've been mulling this over. We just came back from Skull Mountain and are still licking our wounds, I think striking out in a day or so might work though.
Turning to his comrades: Thoughts?

Grimes - Fighter

Grimes smiles a mischevious smile at Dieter and the rest of the group at the mention of teaming up against the ogres and says "Killing ogres? Of course I'm in. Let's enjoy the spoils of our victory for a few more days (as he glances at some women in the inn) and then set out."

OOC: Grimes is okay with whatever the group wants to do so long as it involves killing bad guys and possibly using his sword of dismemberment to cleave some heads/legs/appendages. That's how a halfing on the edge does things....

You spend the night at The Rat and Pig after more tales of action and adventure. Both Castinus and Shae tell you a little of their back-story and previous adventures. You stay in separate rooms (some with new found "friends" from the previous evening) and, as you prepare for the day the next morning, you both lament the leaving of such a nice bed but are itching for adventure.

Actions?

OOC: Mages and clerics, please declare your memorized spells for the day.

Are you sure that's all they're itching from?

Dieter - Mage

Dieter will set out for the church in the morning and try to talk with Father Dobrun. He would like to make a donation to the church for as many draughts of healing/extra healing that he can get. He will inform the father that they intend to smite ogres and that the healing would be very useful.

OCC: Dieter memorizes the following:
Magic Missile *
Sleep *
Continual Light *
Stinking cloud *
Fireball*
Suggestion*

Father Dobrun is ashen when you meet him. He can only spare three healing potions (50 GP each, please, for the Shrine, you know) as there have been a number of wounded that have come in. A dwarf and a farmer's family and hands were all recently admitted. Seems Ogres are about.

Dieter - Mage

Dieter will give the father his last two armbands (valued at 200gp) for the potions. He will wish him will with his endeavor to heal these recently afflicted. Upon return to the inn he will give a potion to Furuk and the other to Grimes. Can't have enough of these, me thinks.

OCC: Dieter will give one potion to Grimes and the other to Furuk. Potion added, two arm bands deducted.

Dieter - Mage

Dieter will riffle through whats left of the magic loot and divvy it up as follows:

Dagger +2, +3 v. goblinoids, orcs, and kobolds (who wants this?)
Helm of Underwater Action (give to Dandy)
Leather armor +2 (did anyone take this?)
Potion of invisibility (give Castius)
Potion of undead control (give to Shae)
Rod of striking, 8 charges (black wood) (give to Dandy)

OCC: Can we level Dandy up before leaving town?

I've leveled up Dandy for Connivingsumo.

The spells he's prayed for for the day are (based on what he's prayed for in the past):
LEVEL ONE (3) Cure Light Wounds, Cure Light Wounds, Cure Light Wounds
LEVEL TWO (3) Bless, Hold Person, Delay Poison
LEVEL THREE (2) Remove Curse, Cure Disease

Grimes =- Fighter

Grimes safely stows the healing potion... "Thanks... I seem to keep having a need for these, don't I?"
Grimes will then just mill about the inn till we depart. He's anxious to find some ogres.
