Noticed something. You have tables for archaic weapons and future type weapons, but not modern weapons.

Very top left column on page 38:
Each spaceship has a sick bay, with a limited bed capacity. Time spent by a wounded character in sick bay helps to remove damage inflicted. For each day spent in sick bay, two 2d6 hp worth of damage is removed. A sick bay has two cryogenic suspension tubes per size level of the ship. For example, a cutter has 2 cryo-tubes, and a dreadnaught had 10.
This appears to be the only time "cutter" is used in the document. Did you mean, "frigate" instead?
