"Mayhaps someone should who can move quietly should check the contents of the puddle before we move towards the light," KALVAIN whispers to the group.

"Oh, I see how this goes. Just keep throwing the peasants into harms way so as not to scratch that pretty armor."

With a hrumph Einar adjust the cowl of his cloak and attempts to sneak to the puddle and investigate. He readies a copper coin to gently drop into the fluid.

Covers the robber with her long bow scanning the stone corridors for signs of movement

Whispers to the footpad before he leaves to investigate. "Maybe there's a wet spot because that's where they dump oil from above. Maybe check the ceiling?"

Einar, human Thief

Einar steps back to his companions and whispers, "The puddle is mixed with oil, and down the eastern passage a cultist waits to light it aflame."

Hears the thief and starts around to the SE hoping to flank the cultist. She has her bow drawn

Dieter will be as quiet as possible.

Furuk acknowledges the whisper from Einar. When everyone appears to be prepared he charges at the cultist and attacks with his sword.

KALVAIN

...whispers to the rest, "I will move towards the puddle to draw his attention, some of you try to attack him from behind."

Once everyone is ready, KALVAIN will hold up his shield in total defense to ward off the flame being tossed. He will try to only step beside the oil, not in it.
