Happy birthday, Brandon! For your present, I'll try to distract Kevin for the next 24 hours and keep him off your case.

Kevin...I think someone left a McDonalds bag in your driveway...

Yes, happy birthday! For your birthday I hope you get a shiny new job with owners who are not Russian mobsters.

Thanks guys! I got one job offer on Friday (it's pretty good, except the cost of health insurance is astronomical.) I'm also keeping some other opportunities on the burner as well. But the offer is for a good company, and with a flexible schedule, so it's not all bad. But the insurance? Ugh. It's like 3X what I'm paying now.

And the birthday has been great. 43? Pfffft. I feel like 20. Except with less hair, stamina, brain cells, and energy...

Heh! I'm 43 too... I know how you feel. :?

That great to hear on the job!! I know that probably relieved a lot of stress.

Alright! Lets fire this thing up again. I'll plan to post a new post in the next couple/few days, and we'll be back in the saddle.
To catch up a bit:

You finished retrieving the ashes for Mangalore. You are on your way to the wolverine's village for your reward and to turn the ashes over. There were no encounters, so the next post will pick it up at the village. If you have any business to attend to at the village, let me know. Otherwise we'll address that, then you can return to Daggerford with an escort from the Wolverines.

We are getting ready to change the scenery a little bit, so if you have anything to wrap up in Daggerford, keep that in mind. Also - if you are wishing to sub in a new character, or do something major, let me know. We can take some OOC time via PM to square away things too. You'll probably have about a month or so of down time in Daggerford, so keep that in mind.

Thanks for your patience. We're going to do some neat different stuff soon, so I hope it entertains. We may have to snag another NPC cleric, we'll see. I have some ideas if that's necessary. If you wish to hire porters or meat shields, you can do that too. We've been on hiatus for a while, so glance at your sheets, notes and things like that, as we'll be forging ahead.

T-dice, I've been searching my driveway for about two weeks now. You must be mighty gullible if you thought you saw a McDonalds bag there. Geez man, you are embarrassing yourself!
