Never having had a PayPal account ... Hmm. And only Kickstarter runs on Amazon.

I do believe your address is part of your Basic Information on indiegogo when you join, so I'd imagine that gets sent to the individual running the campaign. Also, when the campaign succeeds, IIRC it asks you to fill in what address you want the Perks sent to.
