My attempt at a screen...
It's nothing too fancy. I just took some of the useful tables from the text file of the book and tried to lay them out for use during the game. It is strictly LL and does not include any of the info from AEC. It could certainly be improved, but my method for creating it was a little clunky and I didn't want to spend much more time on it. It works well enough for me, so I figured I'd share.

OK, I think I got it converted to PDF. Try this link and let me know if it works. Not sure if Ghostscript automatically included the font correctly so let me know if it comes up blank.
