Dont nitpick on encumbrance- just dont overdo it! Dont forget to add your magic items, pick spells for scrolls, and choose your normal daily spells.

If you posted this elsewhere and I missed it, then pardon my oversight. How much starting gold do we get, and how do we determine hit points?

Everyones characters need to be finished by the 10th.
We have two players left who need to finish yet. In the meantime double check your characters. Keep in mind:
1) minor house rules.
2) dont worry about encumbrance, just keep it real.
3) you get any normal equipment FREE and d6 x100gp coins/gem/jewelry
4) Magic-user/Illusionists know Read magic - FREE and 6 level 1, 4 level 2, and 2 level 3 spells of their CHOICE.
