He pats the ring in his pocket before saying aloud, "I wonder, what will we do with the items of power if they can be found? And what of the wizard...Kreptis was it? If Castinus can hurl fire, what do you think such a wizard as he can hurl?"

You descend the short staircase and pass back through the room with the flesh golems. Number five says, We are prime. You have Nine. as you pass, almost in a greeting. Sloshing through the passages, you retrace your steps.

You get to the main crossroads where the gynosphinx sits doing her nails. She ignores you.

There are two passages unexplored, one north and one northwest.
