Tough skull... Happy destroy the skull by any means possible that does not bring harm to our comrades. Dieter then uses his staff to cast telekinesis. He attempts to turn the skull so it's eyes face the rear of the chamber, away from the group.

OCC: The earth elemental's name is Happy.

Castinus fires his bow of doubling Castinus bow of doubling [1d20+3] = 17+3 = 20, [1d20+3] = 5+3 = 8 and the first arrow ricochets off ineffectively! The magic is not powerful enough to affect the Skull of Acererak the Eternal.
Dandy smashes again with his hammer! Dandy Whelm smash [1d20+6] = 9+6 = 15 but misses the blow!
Grimes gets all stabby stabby Grimes Wave attack [1d20+5] = 1+5 = 6 and the trident slips his grasp. He must spend the next round retrieving it!
Dieter uses his Staff of the Magi to try to manipulate the Skull of Acererak the Eternal the Skull of Acererak the Eternal save vs Spells [1d20] = 16 but the Skull resists!
Happy smashes the skull happy smack [1d20] = 16dmg [3d8] = 15
Furuk swings his blade Furuk Scimitar of Vorpal Slicing [1d20+5] = 5+5 = 10 but can't connect!

The skull surveys the scene and which one [1d5] = 3 decides that the mage is his biggest concern. The gem in the right eye of the Skull of Acererak the Eternal seems to draw the ghost from the Dieter and his body falls to the earth, soulless. The eye gleams with wickedly evil light.

Dandy gasps as Dieter's soul is sucked away. He attacks again with Whelm.

ooc: This is bad (TM). Dandy could try exorcise, but it seems like that would be for later, once the skull is smashed...er, if the skull is smashed.

Castinus fumbles through his backpack for his two vials of holy water. Murmuring a prayer to Lady Luck, he'll hurl one at the skull.

Happy has no master! :twisted: The elemental turns to attack Dieter! The prone body is easily hit dmg [3d8] = 12
Dieter does nothing for some reason. Lazy.

The skull turns it eyes to... Which one [1d4] = 1 Grimes. The little guy has just grasped Wave when his body falls, soulless!
