Rag golems appear as piles of rags or tattered clothing when they are not moving. They are usually about human sized and once animated take on a roughly humanoid shape. They are faster and more limber than most golems and receive a +1 bonus to initiative rolls. They are however quite susceptible to flame and like wood golems take an extra point of damage per die inflicted.
Rag golems attack by rapping their tattered appendages around an opponents’ body and constricting. On the first round that a golem hits an opponent is held fast unless he succeeds on a save vs. paralysis. Each round thereafter the victim is held and takes 1d6 hp of damage. A held opponent is unable to take any action but is allowed a save vs. paralysis every round success means the opponent has managed to break loose of the golem.
I couldn't resist, but I will let somebody else do the description part for a while.
