Grimes - Fighter

Grimes howls with delight to see the lizardman's arm go flying off, and he says to the armless reptile: "C'mon! Let's see if we can take that other one off for you!" And he tries to finish him off with some gusto...

OOC: We seem to have misplace our thief. I will PM him.

Burn baby burn

Initiative Baddies d6, 5, Party d6, 4 Baddies have initiative

(Lizardfolk Morale 12 -- no morale check needed) Lizard-crossbowmen get crispy as they reload in the Wall of Fire.

The Darkling Captain advances through it. He emerges from it burning and lets off a horrific yell. He will melee next round.

Lizardmen LM2 and LM4 continue to attack Furuk. LM2 swings (d20, 11, MISS) but can't connect. LM4 thrusts (d20, 20, CRITICAL HIT, MAX DAMAGE, d6+1=7) and stabs the half orc with his spear. Furuk howls in pain.

Lizardman LM3 presses on against Grundy, though missing an arm, (d20, 11, MISS) but his balance is thrown by the weight loss of his missing arm.

Einar ignores his pain and fires again, this time at the aflame Darkling (D20, 20, CRITICAL HIT, MAX DAMAGE, d6+1=7), and the arrow pierces deeply.

Dieter concentrates on the Wall of Fire burning those within and who pass through it (dmg d6x5, 3, 5, 2, 3, 3).

Dandy casts Cure Light Wounds on the thief (d6+1, 6+1=7) magically restoring him.

Furuk strikes back (d20, 16, HIT, dmg d8+3, 7+3=10) slaying the lizardman who stabbed him.

Grimes takes another swing with his magical sword (d20, 11, HIT, dmg d6+1, 4+1=5) putting the one-armed enemy out of its misery.

Furuk faces one lizardfolk warrior while Grimes faces the Darkling Captain this coming turn. Two more lizardfolk are dead and you can hear the Lizard-crossbowmen as they stand their ground and reload for next turn.

Actions?

Hit points
Grimes 34/34
--Furuk 27/36
Dieter 18/18
--Dandy 23/23
Einar 11/11

Grimes - Fighter

Grimes smiles at the Darkling and shouts "C'mon... I've got something special for you, wormy..." he'll wait till he's in range and let loose with the ol' Sword of Dismembering, silently hoping he can send this guy's head flying....

Dandy

Taking note that Furuk 'just took one' for the team, and knowing how 'stout' he is, decides to throw his hammer at the advancing "Darkling Captain" "Have a taste o'thaht ye snakey!"

"Have at him Dandy, this thing in front of me won't be alive much longer."

Furuk swings his sword at the remaining lizardman.
