SRD questions - Text only? Product identity?

Looking over the GORE engine and wanted to tweak it a bit, I had a couple questions. Hoped Daniel Proctor or someone could answer:

1) Part of the intro says:
Most new language and presentation in GORETM is Product Identity,

Does this mean that the majority of the work is not open game content?
(hence not open to cut-and-past remix for public distribution without an extensive rewording or author's permission)

2) If there is a bunch of open game content in there, is there a text-only "GORE SRD" version in non-PDF format anywhere for easier hacking?

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide on the subject.

Edit:

Never mind. I see now that the designations of product identity and OGC are pretty clear:

DESIGNATION OF PRODUCT IDENTITY
GORETM, G.O.R.E.TM, Lite GORETM, Lite G.O.R.E.TM, and “Generic Old-school Role-playing Engine” are trademarks of Daniel Proctor and are product identity. The author’s name , Goblinoid Games, all artwork and layout is product identity, except that artwork which does not belong to Goblinoid Games and is used here under license.

DESIGNATION OF OPEN GAME CONTENT
All text and tables (except for material designated product identity) is Open Game Content.

Sounds like it's all good for remix. Thanks!

Regarding question 2 though: Is there a text version anywhere?

Hey Peter, just for the benefit of anyone else reading this since we've already corresponded via email, yes there is a text version available upon request. Just need to drop me an email.

Apparently Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition is pulling a D&D 3.x (quite a bit different, though still vaguely compatible if you squint), so this just got a lot more important...
