Good lord, it's the Junkulator.
I used to keep a booklet with transcribed lists of all the junk tables from every edition and module of GW that I owned or borrowed.
The Junkulator uses them all, and a list of conditions, and randomly creates JUNK! So cool I wish I had thought of it myself.
