A humble request, help me stat out Planetary.

There exists out there an organization known simply as Planetary. Their purpose is to uncover secrets both ancient and modern to be releaed to the public at large in the hope that this knowledge would enrich and enoble mankind. With their field leader Elijah Snow, the mystery archeologists of Planetary, have battled against the wicked macinations of the Four and unspeakable horrors from beyond the stars.

Since I came to learn of Warren Ellis's comic book series Planetary I wondered how its heroes, and chief villains the Four, would be stated out in Mutant Future. I'm not sure if I'm up to the job myself so I'll post the appropriate wiki links for each character I'd like to see worked on.

Attacks: 3/round, +8 to attack
Damage: By weapon+6+5d6 or 1d2+6+5d6

Strength: 18 (21 due to levels) (+4 to attack and +5 to damage)
Dexterity: 16 (18 due to levels) (+3 to missile attacks and initiative and -3 to armor class)
Constitution: 14 (15 due to levels) (+1 on poison saving throws)
Intelligence: 13 (14 due to levels) (+5% to technology and two languages, English and German)
Willpower: 10 (12 due to levels)
Charisma: 10 (+0 to reaction rolls, 4 retainers at morale 7 each)

Physical Mutations
Increased Strength/Mutation Score 13: Adds 3d6 points of damage to melee attacks.
Increased Constitution/Mutation Score 12: Grants an additional 30 hit points and +2 to saving throws vs. poison.
Increased Vision/Mutation Score 13: Can see things 3 miles away and can see ultraviolet light. Also has nightvision.
Quickness/Mutation Score 16: This mutation makes the mutant much quicker in all respects. Movement speed is increased by 4/3, mental tasks take 1/4 as long to accomplish, and Jakita may attack two times per round in physical combat (not mental combat).

Mental Mutations
Intellectual Affinity (Combat)/Mutation Score 16: She adds+4 to attack and +2d6 to damage in melee.
Fleet of Foot/Mutation Score 12: Jakita's jump distance is 4x normal.

Kit
Black leather cat suit, flashlights, mountaineering equipment (rope, pitons and hammer), backpack, wilderness surivial gear, satellite phone and sleeping bag.

Ability Boost (Sterngth)/Mutation Score 12:
Damage Turning/Mutation Score 16: Deflecting bullets, knives and other deadly weapons is one of Mr. Chase's specialties. With sufficent warning Ambrose can turn 6d6 points of damage back on his enemies. This rises by 1d6 every round up to 26d6.
Disrupt Cameras/Mutation Score 11: As Killing Sphere but effecting cameras instead.
Fleet of Foot/Mutation Score 15: Ambrose Chase's control over the laws of physics allows him to leap through the air higher and farther than any normal human. Chase can jump five times the distance of a particualrly athletic normal human.

Kit
2 automatic pistols, pure white stainless longcoat and Mandrin-collared white silk shirt.

Okay I found quite a few mutations, thank you Dyson Logos, that fit Ambrose Chase. Nothing that covers camera disruption yet.

Aggressive Technopathic Switchboard/Mutation Score 18: As aggressive telepathic switchboard but effecting computers, televisions, radios and other modern technical devices. He can effect nine devices at once, can link multiple devices 45' apart and can maintain contact at 900'.
Intellectual Affinity (Tinker)/Mutation Score 17: The Drummer adds +34% to all technology rolls.
Quick Mind/Mutation Score 16: The Drummer gains a +40% bonus on technology rolls, takes 1/4 as long as anyone else to understand new technical devices and always knows if he's being lied to. At the same time any mental attack against The Drummer must hae three success to take effect.

I've started working on The Drummer, but I'm frustrated by the fact that there are certain abilities of his, like shutting down electronic interfaces, that simply don't exist as mutations yet. I'm also still wokring on Ambrose Chase. Any help would be appreciated.
