Poking around the web I ran across this:

Looks like TimeMaster has some competition. Actually, that could be a good thing. More ideas and scenarios to steal, er, emulate. Other than the three Doctor Who RPGs (two of which are out of print), there haven't been many time/dimension travel games.

There was also the Gumshoe time travel game that Kickstarted. (I tossed in for it.)
