"Apes Victorious" - new GG game coming summer

Just spotted THIS over on Dan's blog:

Sure it will include "Conversion notes for compatible games including Labyrinth Lord, Mutant Future, and Starships & Spacemen 2e" but I feel that there would be a lot of interest mainly among the Mutant Future community.

Well, a month ago on the Apes Victorious G+ group Tim Snider stated he had submitted the last of his part of this to Dan Proctor. Seemed hopeful that Dan would have an announcement "soon" but nothing yet about the planned Kickstarter. (Maybe waiting for better timing, or figuring folks might have more money after back-to-school is over?)

I stumbled upon lots of Ape Victorious discussion at Google Plus but don't see much here. Odd.

There were lots of crossover ideas discussed. Planet of the Apes lends itself to crossovers because the world of Ape City is so restricted and insular. Religious dogma keeps the apes from exploring very far and they seem to stay together rather than settling new villages. We never hear an Ape mentioning plans to visit a colleague or relative in the next town. Almost anything or anyone could be just beyond that farthest sand dune. Buck Rogers and Wilma Deering living in New Chicago. Ark 2 trundling across the prairie. The private beach house of a wealthy celebrity busy living it up.
