Day 14, Moldain, Thaumont 14th, Viper goblin (Jaggadash) lair, midnight, Turn 1

You reel at the stench of goblin as your eyes adjust to the light of Soldath's staff. The passage is no more than five feet high, and your backs protest as you hunch your shoulders.

The goblins immediately trip over something on the floor. "Aargh!" one screams. Looking down, you see a snake!

Oh wait, it's a wooden carving of a snake. Brightly painted. You get the impression that at one time it hung outside on the wooden door.

"You idiot!" the other one hollers, slapping his companion across the face. "STOP MAKING SO MUCH NOISE!"

With renewed effort to be a little quieter, you continue, twisting your way through the passage. The floor is dry, though littered with refuse. You hear no sounds other than your own footsteps.

After the obligatory ten minutes, you find that you're still in a corridor, and that it continues. ;)

Soldath - Mage

Both of you quiet! Soldath whispers at the gobbies. I guess we continue on... not much of a choice.

Athelstan - FIghter

Athelstan shakes his head at all the commotion and continues, thinking to himself "How did I get myself into this?"

Renardius (Cleric)

Renardius presses onwards. He's glad the goblins are in front to spring the inevitable trap along this corridor.

Tret, rogue

Tret keeps poking the goblins with his arrowhead to remind them to be silent.

Day 14, Moldain, Thaumont 14th, Viper goblin (Jaggadash) lair, midnight, Turn 2

You press on, the goblins muttering to themselves. Rounding the bend, you find that the passage splits. In front of you stands a wooden door. To your left, a passage continues in darkness.

Soldath - Mage

No wonder they didn't hear the knocking... bloody deep bolt hole. I would assume that a door would be put in place to protect something/someone of value, maybe that first?

Athelstan - Fighter

"As good a place as any to start at, I'd guess." He stands ready to either advance or enter the doorway.

Renardius (Cleric)

Renardius moves ahead a little to keep watch for anything approaching from down the southern passage.
