In another post a little ways back I noted that I was working on a Martial Mastery system reminiscent of something else found in an encyclopedic compilation of game rules. The big changes were the level of damage increase, it doesn't jump up nearly as much as the original version, there is no primary/secondary division anymore, and the AC bonus applies to certain types of attack. I also include Shields as well for advancement in a purely defensive nature.
