Hmmm... the aquatic plants may indicate there is other life in the water. Let's not waste to much time here.
He will walk toward the northeast corner along the walkway checking to make sure his construct is safe.

Shae is awed by Dieter's talent arcane, as usual. Retrieving her dagger, she examines the seaweed. "Could this be a saltwater plant rather than fresh?" she ponders.
Hearing that the group is moving out she quickly falls in line."You know Grimes is trying to get under your skin. I mean where did he get the idea that we are a couple?" she asks Castinus, trying her best to be nonchalant.
"This looks like a place we've never been to before!"

As you walk round the room on the newly formed bridge, two clumps of seaweed rise from the pool of water. You could swear the clumps are trying to somehow mimic human shape.

charm target [1d8] = 1
Grimes Saving throw [1d20] = 1 Grimes feels the pull of the water women but shakes it off.

charm target [1d8] = 5
Castinus Saving throw [1d20] = 9 Castinus feels the pull to dive in as well, but he resists also.

The kelp is trying to charm members of the party!

Grimes growls at the things and says "Shae! Are these related to you? They have your charming personality!" And he will swing at the closest one if he can reach. If not, he'll head toward the exit on the other side...

Einar, Thief

"Again!", the thief thinks to himself as the strange creatures appear out of the water. Seeing Grimes swing first Einar can't help but think they should perhaps try and talk, but this is the abode of a powerful evil so he prepares his sword instead.

The thief stays quiet and under the hood of his cloak, trying to maneuver behind one of the plant-like creatures so that he can sneak attack.

If Dieter feels like he can make it to the open coordinator in the northeast without having to engage he will. Otherwise he will chuck a magic missile at one of the kelp things.
