Sorry man, I missed your other post. Try clearing all cookies and such, and then when you click Ensign scroll down and it will let you enter your own amount. If everything goes as it should you shouldn't need to do this, but if it insists on using the Captain level simply put $5 into the contribution about instead.

There will be an example deck plan, much like in the original book. I'm not going to include half-race write-ups, but I will have some discussion about them and some ideas how to handle them for the referee. I would envision half-races as being rather rare and should be handled by the referee on a case by case basis, if he/she wants to include them a all.
