Posting Attachements or Inserting Links

Hi! I can't figure out for the life of me how to put a link in my text or to upload an attachment. Am I missing something or is there no way to do this?

As a security measure, you need at least 5 posts to your name before you can do such things.

That makes sense. I was a member on the boards quite some time back, but had to reregister for some reason. But I'm back on at any rate!

You might be thinking of the old forum piperdog, when this new one started up we all had to re-register.
