The floor is maybe a riddle? Tavin will look around to see if the same colors are used anywhere else.

The colored granite tiles don't appear to be in use elsewhere as far as Tavin can see.

"Now what do you make of that," Morgan asks his brother. "I would have thought water would be blue, but shows you what I know."

Thurwin scratches his chin and glances at Morgan, then the others and he slowly pulls some parchment out and begins to make a quick rough diagram of the area, noting color, etc. As he draws he says quietly "As you know, I'm not the scholarly type, but let me jot this down for later. We'll mull over this tonight when we rest, shall we?"

Thurwin feverishly copies the patterns to the scroll.

Tavin will tap one of the tiles with his dagger to see if there is any reaction.

The tiles do not react to a tap of the dagger. They do not feel loose.

Caydon - Rogue
As others ponder the pattern, Caydon pokes through the ashes. Depending on what he discovers, he will move on to examine the dais and throne.

Poking through the ashes, Caydon finds nothing of note. One of the unidentifiable lumps disintegrates into more ash with a poke of his dagger.

He mounts the dais and approaches the throne. The throne is stone, carved from a single porphyry boulder, it seems. Caydon even risks sitting in it and finds it hard and uncomfortable but that's about it. Nothing happens of note.
