So now the Majus Kickstarter has funded, might this be next on the agenda?

Well, now there is discussion about an A5-sized, compiled LL+AEC. Or even, separate. I'm still in as long as it is filled with the latest version's awesome artwork.

I've been really excited about the idea of an official, combined LL+AEC in one volume ever since it was first proposed. This is something that I would be more than happy to pay for and back as a Kickstarter. I hope an official version is still on the cards.

Well get on it, sir!

Sooo ... any news from above on this? Is there any likelihood of a hardback hitting the shelves?

I haven't seen the discussion, but on the face of it I'd much prefer A4 or 8.5" x 11". In my opinion A5 really only works in LBB format (be they brown or black), once you get a recognisable spine they become awkward.

I'm getting some ideas together. Will be busy the rest of this year but I think launching something the first part of 2014 is realistic. It will have to be a Kickstarter because I anticipate art costing a lot for this one.

Can't say fairer than that (except that it's a bit worrying that I can already see so many 2014 Kickstarters that I'm interested in ...).
