Map Request: Unalbelled Known Lands?

Bit of an odd one this -- has anyone made a copy of the LL Known Lands map with the settlement labels removed? I'm repurposing it for my slavic flavoured campaign and lack the technical know-how to do it myself.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I wasn't able to find one quickly with a search, but what about just grabbing an image of the labelled one and redrawing it in Hexographer?
