I'm not sure how many other potential users you'd have, but I really enjoy the Tapatalk App on my Android for browsing forums when I've got some time to kill and I'm not near a computer.

The plugin is free to forum owners, and likely not too onerous to install. They charge for the version of the app that can post, the free app is read-only, and that's where they get their revenue.
