I have the previous one that came out, the one with all the 3E junk in it. I wonder...does this one have 4E junk in it?

No mention of any other material added. 8-)

Hehe, I think he's referring to the stats included for the cartoon characters!

Yeah, it came with an adventure + stats. It wasn't totally useless, seeing as how I ran the adventure under OSRIC.

Beware: I don't now if anyone knows more about this, but I just read (on amazon.co.uk) that the US edition of this DVD has had all the original music replaced! Apparently the UK edition is safely unmodified.

This version is only three discs with all 27 episodes, no extra content. If I remember correctly, there's only a couple of sections of music that were changed in this version, some licensing issue or other(at least that's what I gathered from the reviews on Amazon). For the most part, I believe the music is original, but I wasn't that familiar with the initial run to be able to tell the difference.

Ah, maybe the reviews I read were exaggerating then! :) Might be something for purists to watch out for though...

I wonder if any of the DVD's out there (be they the new set or another region's release) actually have the season two and three intros for those episodes. I know my older "Red Box" set doesn't, as it uses the season one intro for all the episodes. Irritating.
