[AEC] Druid CON bonus capped @ 9th?

The AEC doesn't show that Druids stop receiving their bonus HP due to CON at levels higher than 9th. Is that a typo or design choice?

Probably by design, since druids max out at 14th level, and that's also how it works in the PHB.

What about the Assassin? In the original game, they get CON bonuses throughout all levels. In AEC, they have an asterisked footnote below the Assassin Level Progression table, but there is no actual asterisk in the table itself. A typo, maybe?
