Help me make "The table of 13"

Edit: I just realized this thread will probably be overshadowed by the lets-make-a-dungeon-thread, but here we go:
My group will play our first LL-session next week (maybe even this weekend). It´s Tomb of Segyfel with about 10 extra areas added.
To spice things up I intend to use an old idea from when we played Dragon Warriors. It´s called "the table of 13".
Whenever somebody rolls a natural 13 on a D20, for whatever reason, the DM rolls on the table of 13 and see what happens (in addition to any effect of the first D20-roll).
Now, I thought it could be fun if the visitors of this forum would help me make the list. Back in the days I used to have about 20 effects, but I´ll settle for anything above 9.
The effects of ToT could be any minor event that adds flavour. Any mechanical or other effects is decided by the DM, though should be capped at +/-2. Suggested mods might be added in the list. As the effects should be applicable (spelling?) to any situation, the descriptions must sometimes be kept vague.
Also, there should be an equal amount positive and negative effects, and some neutral, though the same effect may be good or bad depending on the circumstances.
If the effect can not possible be applicable (again?) to the roller, it applies to (in turn) one of his allies or any opponents/neutrals/bystanders.
I´ll start of with four examples from my old list (actually I used to have different lists for different environments, and one long list for combat, but for now I´ll settle for one universal list).

TABLE OF 13
1. You notice something flying by.
2. You stepped on something.
3. You feel lucky (perhaps +1 to any action).
4. Something falls over/is dropped.
5...?

This was actually not meant as a joke, but now that it turned into one, I kind of like it!
I´ll post my old list sometime to show you what I mean. It´s like minor random events, and my players have all enjoyed it.

I couldn't tell if it was to be humorous or not. But since it's taken a humor bent....

I don't see the humour in these entries. Have you ever sneezed in battle? Not funny.

11. The opponent yells out something distracting - "your flies are undone!" "There's someone behind you!" - you suffer -1 to initiative for next round.
