OOC: maybe find a defensible place to camp, eat and then have a cold camp for the night?

Tavin - Monk
Tavin will eat the meat without issue. Martial monks on the move are free of the vegetarian restrictions they would have at the monastery, something Tavin has grown fond of. He will rest, take a watch slot and be ready to move out at dawn.
OCC: There is an interesting reference to Taoist martial monks eating meat during the Japanese incursion into China last century in Deng Ming Dao's "The Chronicles of the Tao". Really great book BTW.
