The joy of old-school play.

Thanks to Bighara inviting me to pull up a seat at his game table, I have been able to enjoy a session of LL and begun to recapture the fun of simple D&D play.

It is amazing how much I have forgotten about the old B/X stuff that I had gotten my start with in 1980. Even back then I had no clue Clerics could use cure light wounds to lift paralysis.

Definitely looking forward to more sessions and to eventually getting behind the screen for some of my old group to let them enjoy the nostalia.

Welcome!!!

I was so glad I found LL. I loved the old Basic/Expert Red/Blue books.

It is always good to see new players (or returning players in this case) enjoying a simpler way of playing and enjoying roleplaying.
