No change password request email

Hello.

I made a request to change my password for the account J.L. Duncan because I couldn't log in. I am pretty sure the password was correct yet, I must be mistaken. The request and the change password data from the site here, never arrived in my email, though it was confirmed the handle and email matched.

I made this account. With a different email.

I would like access to the original account.

Any help would be appreciated.
