As soon as he spies the band, he groans and says "Just what we need. Let's get em!" With that, he'll draw his sword to advance, casting his web from the cloak on the largest group of them before they scatter. If he can't target a bunch of them, he'll focus on the most dangerous target of opportunity, Ogre(s) first.

Ogres and Orcs
INITIATIVE Ogres and orcs d6, 5, Party d6, 2 Baddies have initiative
The six orcs all fire arrows at various party members, an arrow for each.
O1 vs Grimes (d20, 9, miss)
O2 vs Furuk (d20, 10, MISS)
O3 vs Dieter (d20, 5, MISS)
O4 vs Dandy (d20, 19, HIT, dmg d6, 6)
O5 vs Karl (d20, 5, MISS)
O6 vs Theo (d20, 8, MISS)
The ogres close the distance one taking Grimes (d20, 11, MISS) and the other Furuk (d20, 16, HIT, dmg d6, 4)

Grimes gets off his spell, webbing the six orcs.
Dieter gets off his spell, putting the Ogre attacking Grimes to sleep.
Dandy (autopilot) throws his hammer at the ogre attacking Furuk (d20, 5, MISS).
Furuk swings his sword at his foe (d20, 12, HIT, dmg d8+3, 6+3=9)

Dieter casts Magic Missile at the beast (d6+1, 6+1=7) rocking him.
Grimes slits the throat of the sleeping ogre and goes to help his friend.
Furuk swings his sword (d20, 16, HIT, dmg d8+3, 3+3=6) and slices his foe through.
The webbed orcs scream in impotent fear.

Grimes approaches the orcs, sword raised high and a sinister smile on his face. "Hello, there, seems the odds have turned somewhat, eh?"
He'll help Furuk kill the orcs, taking great pleasure in doing so.
