Signs point to Yes
There is an interesting idea I read where a Magic Eight Ball (or Thinkgeek's discontinued Magic D20 of Destiny) is used as a role playing aid. The discussion was using "only a magic eight ball" which I dismiss outright, but it could be an interesting role aid.
The 20 answers inside a Magic 8 Ball are:

● It is decidedly so
● Without a doubt
● Yes definitely
● You may rely on it
● As I see it, yes
● Most likely
● Outlook good
● Yes
● Signs point to yes
● Reply hazy try again

I could see using it for NPC reactions with the "doubtful" types of reactions shifting to positive with higher CHA scores.
