PbP forum changes

I like the fact that the PbP forum list was whittled down, but also appreciate that inactive games are still around for viewing (and in some cases, could be made active again). It makes the forums more readable and yet preserves old games.

Speaking of old games, some people might not be aware that the old forums are still up (although locked). Not only are all the old PbP games there but a ton of other goodness too.
