Black-Eyed Children ... creepy urban legend. But has no one ever invited them in and faced the consequences? Despite the aura of terror they generate, they don't seem aggressive. They ask to be let in but go away if ignored.
What if they aren't demons, but the spirits of aborted children appearing to those who would have been their parents or siblings if they hadn't been killed before birth?
