This is perhaps the greatest character description I have ever read.

Not the ruling I was looking for but thanks! :)

Extra part? Your choice- could be an extra part- arm, leg, head, or maybe a different part all together- gills, scorpion tail, small wings, frof tongue, etc.
Let me know what you come up with. Something useful.

Lets lose damage turning all-together. He's pretty good as is.

He is dressed in rags but with his two most prized posessions: his paper sailor hat made for him by his dead mimaw and the shriveled and dried foot of a leech rabbit that he killed with a sling and stone.

Background
Being from around the area, Vance has never ventured farther than the woods behind his parent's house. His hope in life is to find a wife and live out his days as a small game hunter as his father did.

Yikes! I'll roll something up tonight!

Vampiric Field
This mutation grants the mutant the ability to absorb the life essence (hit points) from all creatures (friend or foe) within a foot radius equal to 30+WIL. This power absorbs 2d4 hp per round from all creatures in the radius, and these absorbed points go into a separate reserve for the mutant. All damage to the mutant is taken from these reserved points until they are gone; after this point the mutant’s regular hp begin to be affected. Stored hp will disappear after 24 hours.

Ummm... That is definitely more useful, but I have a feeling it might be a little too insane/powerful. Should I reroll this?

EDIT: I decided to be preemptive and reroll for an alternate mutation in case you want me to ditch Vampiric Field.

Neural Telepathy
Using this ability, the mutant can connect his mind with another creature’s mind and communicate directly, even if the two creatures speak completely different languages or are of different species. The range of this ability is 30 feet.

That one seems a little bit less insane.

Either is fine- I'll let you choose. Vampiric Field is great- but the other party members wont like it!

Gigantism will stop you from playing half the adventure- so not good.

Change weather is OK, but not really useful.

As your charcater does haveeven one good mutation- Id like you to roll again. Or I can.

I would be fine with this if it will work in the adventure.

Prehensile Tail
You would need to rule on what bonus, if any, it would provide. A bonus on climbing or something would be fine with me.

Intellectual Affinity
http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3085967/
Martial Affinity
+4 to hit in combat +1d6 damage
