2e Forgotten Realms materials

Strange topic for an OSR forum, true, but here we are.

Does anybody have any experience with the Kara-Tur, Maztica and Horde campaign settings for Forgotten Realms? A few years ago I found some of these materials available for free on WOTC's website, before they pulled the plug on PDFs.

I've read that TSR cranked out some 2e material of questionable quality during the '90s, but these products come from the early '90s. In other words, they're 2e, but barely 2e. Reviews on these materials are hard to come by, and the few I've found on Amazon are mixed.

The absence of reviews, and the fact that they were free both sound like strikes against them, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Have any of you found these materials useful and enjoyable? I'm pretty much all set on the Mongol/Horde front, since I have The Golden Khanate of Ethengar gazetteer for BECMI, but there was never a Mezoamerican-inspired gazetteer for Mystara, so I thought Maztica could be neat.

I've got the Horde boxed set, but that's it out of that bunch...

Is it any good? Did you ever use it? Does it work nicely with the original FR boxed set?

Never used it. I did game with a fella back then who liked it and said that it did match up nicely with the original FR boxed set. He ran a Horde campaign for a while using just the box.

You want it? You can have it if you want it. It's in probably mint condition, box may have a few scuffs, but other than that, it's the same as the day I bought it.
