Day 22, Nytdain, Thaumont 22nd, wolf's den, dead of night

By Soldath's light, you stumble and rush through the cave opening. The path quickly opens into a dusty, barren hollow littered with rocks and fragments of chewed bones. At the edge of the light, just a few steps ahead of the fighters, a pack of wolves, five of them, stand their ground, ears back, teeth bared, ready to pounce.

Athelstan - Fighter

Athelstan charges the lead wolf. "GET THEM! Let none escape! And someone, watch our backs!"

Harn Hammerhand

He rushes to attack.
Harn will attack the largest with his magic axe, thinking it may be a werewolf.

Soldath - Mage

Soldath casts sleep into the midst.

OCC: Spell removed.

Tret, rogue

Tret will fire his bow with a +2 arrow at a wolf that might not be slept by Soldath's spell. If all wolves are put to sleep, he will switch to his sword and dispatch them asap.

Jörg - Fighter
"Jörg has split many a wolf skull since being a child. TO BATTLE!" he roars, mightily wielding his Magic Axe.

Old Anja (Shaman)

Anja remains in the rear, resting on her staff after the exertion of the climb.

Meringered stays near Anja, his weapon and shield ready. He keeps the disgusting and fearsome horse skulls at the corner of his eyes. "But who would want to do that, really?" he says to the old shaman. He will join battle if he sees his companions don't have the advantage.

Tethir - Elf

Snapping out of his lengthy daze, Tethir rushes to attack the closest unoccupied wolf.
